lol I got her with original bones but they are quite useless because they only made some freaking fidget animation for her. Anyway, I think she only had three or four bones :D

Fun fact: She was originally rendered for silent hill 2 but never used. Also called "fukuro lady" (fukuro is bag or pouch in Japanese, & she had a bag on her head in a few scenes of her original concept)

They just kinda dumped her into SH3 but nobody noticed her till they hacked the game

Why nobody noticed her? You can see her in the game at the hospital when you climb that long ladder.

you see her very quickly. Its not enough time to make out what your seeing (on playstation anyways.) The PC version is slightly different and peoples different setting make it easier or harder figure out what your looking at.
